Milk products: A whole lot of us have got the practice of having a glass of milk prior to going to fall asleep. Unfortunately this will most likely mean high amounts of release of gastric acid when drunk following getting a heavy supper. Thus if you really feel your stomach is full up remain away from milk prior to going to sleep.

Thanks for the post Jerry. I wish the best for Eric Weisman because I wish the best for everyone. I should clarify, of course, "the best" means desisting from fraudulent activities, but nonetheless, I wish him the best. Thanks again for the post!

Why would you wish the best for Eric Weisman? He's been initiating fraud on unsuspecting clients for years, even though he's under a permanent injunction to stop. Apparently the law doesn't apply to him. He lost his chiropractor's license due to fraudulent behavior charging for procedures he never gave. The licensing board put him on probation 3 times, he got 3 opportunities to provide professional services, instead he chose to continue to lie to, steal from and defraud his clients. This info is all online. Here is one of many documents:

http://www.mn-chiroboard.state.mn.us/Orders/SO%20Weisman%20Eric%20Revocation%20Order%2002%2011%2005.pdf

And if it isn't bad enough how he cheats his clients, he then chose to start providing "services" to the pets of unsuspecting people. He's caused untold misery and suffering to dogs and cats across the US. Here's an except from an excellent blog regarding his bringing in his own pet cat for an autopsy to the U of M:

http://skeptvet.com/Blog/2011/06/mr-eric-weisman-promoter-of-evolution-diet-finally-prosecuted/

"The news reports contain some quite horrific examples of Mr. Weisman’s conduct. He allegedly prescribed nutritional and supplement “treatments’ for people with cancer, diagnosed and treated animals with cancer (including some who did not actually have cancer), and consistently falsely represented himself as trained and qualified to diagnose and treat both human and animal illness.

"Perhaps the most disturbing story for me as a veterinarian was of a cat Mr. Weisman brought to the veterinary hospital at the University of Minnesota.

" 'Weisman brought in a cat he suspected had kidney failure and cancerous lesions, the complaint said. According to the U’s veterinarian, the cat had neither – it died of pneumonia, was unable to absorb nutrients from the food it ate and had broken bones in each of its front legs. The suspected cancerous lesions, the veterinarian said, were actually scabs caused by the cat walking on its joints instead of its broken feet, the complaint said.'

"That someone capable of such cruelty could present himself as a public benefactor and a martyr seems inconceivable, but Mr. Weisman’s delusions include just such a perception of himself.

" '[I am] being attacked because I try to help make a better, more just society. I try to help those that do not have help or are not getting good assistance.'

"This case illustrates quite starkly the real harm and suffering that can result from irrational and unscientific beliefs about health and disease, and from the actions of individuals who are so blindly committed to such beliefs that they are capable of inflicting terrible harm on those who come to them for help while still seeing themselves as heroes and victims of government and the conventional medical profession."

The instance re: the cat was taken from an article in a St. Paul newspaper:

http://www.twincities.com/localnews/ci_18283459?nclick_check=1

If you watch any of the news reports or read any of the interviews, EW's quoted as saying he tells people he's not a doctor or a vet and that he never provides medical treatment or diagnoses. Complete lies considering they have evidence in writing and from witnesses to the contrary. At the moment, 38 documented cases of him doing just that. And that's just the tip of the iceburg.

I hope he ends up in jail for a long long time.

Thanks for your post. Certainly one of the benefits of eating the way we were designed is more and more consistent energy. There may very well be a connection between highly unnatural foods and fibromyalgia.

Have you done any research or inquiry into the link between diet and fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue? The more I read the more I'm convinced that it is metabolic, exacerbated by an insulin and stress. I'm neither a clinician nor practitioner, simply a proactive patient who has been seeking answers for a year and is starting to find the way.
